The following general terms of business (Terms and Conditions) form the basis of the completion of the contract:
Order / confirmation of order
The order is to be confirmed by a written confirmation of order which has to contain the date of the wedding, the names, address and telephone number of the customer as well as the height of the fee.
Proamount
If a fixed reservation comes, the proamounting is free.
If the customer wishes a proamounting without fixed reservation, this is settled. Occurred after the proamounting a completion of the contract, so the settled amount is brought for the occurred proamounting with the final calculation to the deduction.
Mileage
From a distance per distance of more than 50 km of the company headquarters, in 2212 Großengersdorf, Neue Gasse 62, 0.42€ is charged per km.
From a distance of more than 300 km of the company headquarters or a journey time of more than 4 hours per direction 0.42€ per km and the costs of an overnight stay are settled incl. half board.
Additional achievements
Additional achievements are not defeated the by contract agreed remuneration, but are settled separately.
Contract changes
Contract changes need the written form.
Cancelation
With a cancellation of the order by the customer the following costs are to be born by this:
Cancellation within one month before the agreed appointment 25% of the agreed remuneration.
Cancellation within three weeks before the agreed appointment 50% of the agreed remuneration.
Cancellation within two weeks before the agreed appointment 75% of the agreed remuneration.
Cancellation within one week before the agreed appointment 100% of the agreed remuneration.
Payment
The fee is able cash on the day of the achievement performance,with cash dispenser map or credit card.
Interests on arrears
In case of the delay of the payment of the invoice amount interests on arrears are valid at the rate of 8% from calculation date as agreed.
Liability
For possible allergic reactions to the applied products no liability is assumed.
For other damages in fulfilment of the order it is stuck only with deliberate action.
The possible
1. In case of the ineffectiveness of one or several regulations of these general terms of business or the presentation of a regulation gap the parties to a contract will meet one of the ineffective or incomplete regulation very coming close legal spare regulation. The validity of the remaining regulations remains untouched of it.
2. The customer agrees to a publication of the photos taken by him on the Internet and in other media and renounces in the Vorhinein his rights itself deductive from the ABGB with regard to the publication as well as a financial payment.
For any disadvantages which the publication could cause the customer renounces in advance any compensation.
Jurisdiction
Defrayable and actionable during factually competent court in Mistelbach / Zaya.
